The Aussie may go 7s first in an LS1
8.0 at 161 mph running only 14 lbs of boost and that car has been run at much more...lol. Looks like they are going to smash the LS1 record down under first. Of course the motor was done, once again, by Kurt Urban at Wheel to Wheel.
Great news for Mark and all involved.
It also shows what a rockin' operation Wheel to Wheel has... Props to Kurt Urban and the gang @ W2W for making monster HP yet again....
408ci W2W Engine shake down pass on 14lb's boost.. Not bad so far considering the car was dyno'd with the boost as high as 24-27psi...

Thats right I just heard the news PlanBs old Ute that now belongs to Mark (Hyper57) just ran an official 8.0 second pass at 161mph.
Fitted with big single turbocharger, and running low boost, this car has smashed all existing records, and apparently it was only the drivers first full licensing pass.
Can anyone say sevens?
