Need Some Help

Does anyone know where I can get an adapter that will take a four lug pattern (ford) to a chevy (5bolt)? I need some help here.

Wal-mart has the snap in style hud caps with the 5 lug desigened into them. You could try Discount Auto...maybe toward the ricer section.
