copy and pasted:
The Saturn Ion RedLine (RL) features the 2.0L Supercharged ECOTEC (LSJ) motor. The supercharger is the latest generation Eaton M62 helical roots style positive displacement supercharger and offers a maximum of 12 psi of manifold pressure for a 40% increase in power

I would contact Easton... you way want a little bit bigger, the Stock RL super is just barely large enough for the 2.0L

well i am in contact with eaton, if i wanted to get more boost on the stock supercharger i just have to get a smaller pulley for it, and a 2nd tensioner to prevent belt slip. i am going to saturn just to see their base cost

Prepair to bend over at the dealer.

Be carful with upping the boost, The eco-tec's bottom end came apart (cast pistons cracked and the powder cast rods broke) at 273 hp with a turbo. I would epect the same failure at less hp with a blower, since the blower is drawing power away from the wheels.

if you actually go to a GM dealler looking for a price you'rs gonna pay out the ass, Just look for a turbo kit....probably would be a little cheaper.
