Angry I dont think the 2nd set of barrels are opening at full throtel?

I dont think the 2nd set of barrels are opening at full throtel? or there is no gas being dumped in the rear barrels? for a 350 it runs like a 305? specs would include 350 010 block casting bored .30 over with new minimal dish pistons, new cam with a 447 lift, heads were from the vortec 305 that I had completely re-done with a 2 angle valve job. Edelbrock performer vortec intake, Edelbrock 1406 650cfm electric choke, Malory 50K volt coil with billit distributor. New everything!

Check your throttle cable, it may need adjustment w/ your new carb. Make sure when the pedal is on the floor you get full throttle at the carb.

Unless you get a bigger cam with a larger duration... do you think it could be something with the vacume lines in the car? not sucking the gas through the back barrels?

That and the intake runners are smaller so your starving the motor for air.

Thats half your problem.......

Are the secondaries vacum controled or linkage? Check the float level in the rear bowls?
