what year?

From what I understand in 3rd gens (1982 - 1992), the motor fits but the headers don't. You have to notch the crossmember and modify the firewall.

68-81 fits like a charm.

93-02, these cars are very similar to the 82-92, so I am sure the problems would be similar.

Its definatly been done. Just big blocks are expensive.

i have a monte carlo with 525 to the wheels then 150 shot of nos but i could never get it to hook up i have a 4000 stall so i lowered it to a 3600 and pu some et streets on it but now i think the stall is hurting me
