what kind of heades r on ronnie dukes car i know wade uses a c5r head.

 

it is a full c5r motor. including block and heads (god there is big money in the heads). talking 5 figures for the heads alone. it is a destroked motor producing 377" because the c5r chamber is around 44cc! to produce the lower compression, they destroked the motor. oliver rods and je piston with lunati crank is inside. F1R blower with 150 shot of NX i believe is the general details. truely an amazing car. and he has more money in his tow rig by FAR! lol ARE doesnt run a complete cr5 head and block.

 

I think I will swap a RCR preped SB2 race motor into a 1972 Vega and spankem all. .

Damn thats a lot of coin to drop on a car.

wade did his run with no wheelie bars so i'm sure he still beat that time if he puts bars on it..don't get me wrong though they r both sick ass cars i would rather have the u.s hold the record then them damn snow birds.

 

wade's car, which i am almost positive has been sold, so this is a moot point, is not a stock suspended car that doesnt require wheelie bars to pull 1.2x 60' times unlike Ronnie's car. but are sick sick cars but ronnies is an amazingly streetable quiet car, something that is near unbelievable considering it was at over 3600 lbs raceweight!
