Default Is this possible?

There is a guy on another forum claiming to run 10.4s in the 1/4 on these mods alone. Seeing some of the extremely fast f bodies around Tampa in person with alot more mods and not running that fast i find it very hard to believe. Am I incorrect in assuming he is not running deep into the 10's or is it really possible? Here are his mods.

2002 SOM Z28 A4

Super Sucker Ram Air, LS1 Motorsports Whisper Lid, 1.5" Drop Kit, Alumium Driveshaft, SLP Fan Switch, SLP Air Bellows, !AIR, !EGR, SLP MAF, Pacesetter Headers, Pacesetter ORY, Ported TB, TB Bump Stop Mod, Coolant Bypass Mod, Predator Tuned, Magnaflow Exhaust, ASP Crank Pulley, 160 Degree Thermostat, 3600 Stall, ZR-1's. SS Spoiler, Black Stripes, SLP Grill, SLP Badges, 380HP Dash Plaque, Blue Face Gauges, Z28 Floor Mats, HID's, Bosch +4 Plat's, Taylor 10.5mm Thundervolt Wires, NX Wet Kit (150HP)....

I'd say a 10.9 is possible, but it would take weight reductions and suspension. That isn't enough power to hit that low of a 10 ... what was his trap speed? Because that car shouldn't be capable of but 122 give or take mph.

maybe with weight reduction, drag suspension and slicks.
But he's running a dropped supension...

that mod setup looks like a high 11 second car at 122 like the show said.

No way in hell. If he realy knew his nitrous stuff...and had alot of suspension listed along with weight reduction..I might say a high ten is possible. But he doesnt list any tranny upgrades and that 4L60E wont like too many juice passes. He also doesnt list tires..not gonne run a 10.4 on nittos. And to show me he doesnt know what hes really doing...he has Bosch platinum plus 4's listed as a mod. Plus 4 platinums are a no no with nitrous of any sizable shot. Nitrous and platinum are not a good combo. You can run smaller shots succesfully, but higher doses like a 150 would not be recommended.

If I were a betting man I would say he runs low to mid 11s at 120-123 mph.

high 10s easily with et streets/drags on a 1.5 60' and weight reduction. but his mods are very counter productive, including his plugs (like hybrid said), as well as his zr1 rims and stupid sig including such no power gaining mods as the bump stop mod coolant bypass mod and the allmighty 380 hp dash plaque.

sounds like a joke or a kid.

What kind of wheels do you have on that ta to clear the brakes Gator? I've heard it's bad news to put 15 inch rims on those cars considering the brake size and those look like 15's

my rims are reg old weld prostar big and littles. only a 5/16th spacer up front and the 15x3.5 will fit and 15x8.5" rears will fit with some clearance work on the outer portion of caliper (it is a bunch of work) but no spacers. i dont like spacers launching on slicks. but they fit. all the f bodys do what i did to get them on. have had them on for a couple years now.

After i threw the bs flag on him here is his response:

I will not give you a video, I will however drive my ass down there if you would like to pay for my gas and you can watch it yourself at the track, as far as your argument goes my car stock ran 12.1 as do ALOT of LS-1's plus I have a stall, headers, no cats, custom tuning, so please do not get mad since you do not have the cash to afford a LS-1 BTW that pass was without N20, i don't think you know as much as you think about LS-1's so dont make yourself look stupid

12.1 stock.... righhhttttt
