Does anyone know if the LT1 camaros have a complete frame rail?

They are now and hav always been uni-body.

No not at all. Subframe conectors, 12bolt and torque arm relocatoin bracket are all you need. Al is putting down 700 on the spray with the stock components and there are scads of guys running 450+ with the stock stuff.
