Default Springs and retainers

I've ran into a little problem here. I order some springs and retainers from CMotorsports, the valve locks are flush with the valve stem and the retainers sit higher then the valve stem. So they sent me the wrong retainers???? I try to call them but they are moving the shop and are going to be close untill JAN 30. (The car is apart and I need it back together ASAP) My problem

The way it should be

SO does anyone know where I can get some retainers that will fit CM's springs???? Or if someone knows another way to get ahold of them instead of the shops phone??

The EX-616 springs setup at 135lbs at 1.800” installed height, open up to 360lbs at 1.200”, and don’t coil bind until 1.110”.

Dont know if this will help.

You will really need to know the OD of the spring to determine what retainer to get. If you give the spec I might be able to help search around for a set.
