any advice on taking that out? mines a 96 with obdII so wouldnt it throw a code? thats why i havent done any of the free mods...

it will throw a code. easy fix swap out with a OBD1 PCM they are pin for pin, and can be easily programmed

dont forget to do your front seals for the crank and the optispark driveshaft and waterpump drive shaft
