Hood Latch
This is for an 85 buick skylark. The cable for the hood broke so I am not able to open the hood. How do you get the primary latch to open? I took off the front grill off and fooled with the secondary latch but my problem is how to get the primary latch to disengage. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
