OOOOH SHIIIT...i bought a fidanza flywheel and another type of clutch that was supposedly able to hold like 350 ft/lbs of torque,...i broke that bitch in for about 600 miles and it slips like the motherfucking dickens. lemme know what they say..i'm betting it's the flywheel since these are 2 isolated instances....hhmmmmm

Well I got off the phone with spec slutch today... It turns out their pressure plate "wasn't clamping as hard as they like" so the "adjusted it" and It holds alot more now. So it turns out not to be the flywheel and just a weak pressure plate. i tried telling them that over the phone the first time but they didn't want to listen.. they "test every clutch an pp before it gets sent out" rrrrright. .. anywho it should be back in my hands friday and the car should be up friday night.. I can't wait!! It better be right this time!!!

I agree 100%.

Why let them give you back a tweaked defective product.

Its the least they could do concidering that they probably have no plans to comp you for your time/money/labor of taking it out and putting it back in again despite your doing it right the first time.

BOO on fidanza aluminum flywheels!!!!!

theres reasons why i refuse to install aluminum flywheels in cars at the shop

just MAKE sure you use blue locktight on the bolts and torque them a good 10 ft/lbs more than factory. the aluminum expands at 2x the rat eof the steel and loosens the bolts. ive had it happen.

when in doubt... go chromoly
