Tires?
I need new tires for my Z28 and I was wondering what you all thought would be the best tires to get. I need tires that will give me traction when it's wet, but I also don't want to compromise preformance, so any suggestions?

a size would be really helpful
Tirerack's comments are usually pretty accurate.
Also, how important is comfort ? (noise, harshness, etc) And do you need something that's going to last 40,000 miles? Price range?

Probably 245/50/16 id say maybe or 275/40/17s
Bridgestone Pontenzas are awesome in the rain, but they are pricey, especially the So3s. Kumhos are okay but their dry traction isnt all that.
My Yoko Es 100s are pertty good. The best overall, they dont make anymore was Bridgestone Potenza Re720s

Yeah my tires are Falken Ziex 502 z rated and are 235/55/r16. Ride quality doesn't really matter because my car has a stiff suspension anyway. The more miles the better, but I don't want to sacrifice performance. I don't need dot approved drag radials, but I also dont want to be all over the road when I floor it.
