Default Moving Speed Traps??

Interesting thing tonight. I was desperatly seeking a good drift spot after getting wanderlust to go and drive and my search, despite failure, led me to Tampa simply out of desperation and bordom. On the 275 bridge to Tampa I was cruising at my usual highway speed of 5th gear and 3000rpm (naturaly, my s13's HUD is broken and revs are the only method of determining what speed im going) which I presume is around 65-70mph. I was passed by a white van wearing a yellow tag with bold black letters on the back reading "This van is electronicaly governed to 70mph". Then I noticed the camera pod on the front portion of the roof facing forward, which led me to believe that if the van is going a constant rate of speed and one where to pass it, then electronicaly ones speed could be determined and the camera could take a picture of the tag, thusly sending a nice ticket in the mail. Its also convenient that the bridge's speed limit is 65mph and cops usualy don't mind people going 5mph over the legal limit. Maybe im being paranoid; it was 3:00am and i am guilty of drowning my drowsiness with a few RedBulls©, but it is a rather bit coincedential. Im posting this to ask if anyone has seen these or knows what they are (the vans that is, not the redbull) and if no one knows, then I post this as a little warning to keep ones eyes peeled, for this means that mobile speed traps could be here!

If i get a ticket in the mail then I'll let everyone know!

Oh yeah, anyone know some good drift spots in the St. Pete area? Im fairly new at drifting and i want to find a nice, big parking lot or something to determine the limits of my car.

Thanks!

I sure hope it isn't a moving speed trap, that would suck.

if you are going faster then you are speeding.

they have the 70mph speed governers on the semis at work. prevents them from speeding.

would suck if it was a moving speed trap.
