Unhappy got boost?

got boost? i dont

i just took my car out for a drive and as i was coming out of a U-turn my car just stopped boosting. i had just hit 12psi going into the turn then blew it off. now my car can only make about 1psi. it gets out of vacuum easily though and my RPM's are going up like usual. it is a stealth TT. i did notice an opening between my exhaust connections though. can anyone tell me if an exhaust leak can stop me from generating boost or what else it can be. all boost and intercooler lines are connected.

If its not a plumbin problem then your turbo is toast.

Pull your intake piping and see if the turbo shaft still spins freely.

BOV stuck open sounds logical. Boost gauge line come loose (if the car is still operating normally, you said the RPM still go up like regular)

Either that or part of the story's missing.
