thanks guys. the crediability of the place i wasnt questioning... i just cant seem to get anyone on the phone with a pulse! i'll keep trying

I've had problems getting through on their phone lines. In the past, the easiest thing to do was press "0" or whatever to kick you to a receptionist/operator who can then transfer you to the appropriate person.

Haha, OT, but I love Mr. T! He was bling bling before there ever was "bling, bling". It's too bad there aren't any kick ass shows like they're used to be... Dukes of Hazard was another great one!
