could be a vacuum leak or a check valve not operating correctly, I'd get it taken care of asap, brakes are not something you want to be malfunctioning.

Stangchic, does your car have cruise control? If so, it sounds like you have a vacuum leak in the cruise system. There is a vacuum switch on the brake pedal (so the cruise turns off when you touch the brakes) but if there is a leak anywhere in the system, you'll get what you have.
Also, to everyone else, its ideal to put any auto tranny in neutral when stopped at a light, most people don't do it because its kinda a PITA.

stangchic even if its "normal" still take it to the dealership before your warranty runs out.
good advice for every one before your warranty is up you should always get a 101 (or whatever) point inspection of your car even if there isnt anything noticeable wrong, hey you never know, that way its covered by the warranty.
