I just finished watching Gone in 60 seconds and was wondering why the hell they stole a Cadillac Escalade SUV. Especially when they didn't even have a Viper, Prowler or any Aston Martins at all.

jag. aparently you didnt pay attention, or fell asleep or smoked too much crack, you know all those slow scenes between the action scenes are there for a reason, they lay down story line. go back and watch it again and figure it out your damn self.


but sence you wont. they had to steal the cars on there list. the suv was on the list so they stole it.

 

they were stealing cars that, overseas, would fetch a nice price from their buyers. for example, i know for a fact, that anything Cadillac in brazil (where im from) is MIGHTY expensive, a fully loaded escalade for example, would go for upwards of $80-90k. watch the movie again, pay attention to the story. fuckstick.

There was 2 or 3 Aston Martins on the list they just didnt show any in the movie.

 

why would they, the cost to rent and use aston martin as a prop in a movie would've exceeded the budget that was set for the movie.

 

I wonder how much the Jag XJ220 cost 'em...
