Wut kinda times do these things run? Stock 5spd minus spare tire and jack. How do they respond to mods? Any idea wut times they run with I/H/E? How high is their red line? Are they pretty good cars? I saw some stupid magazine test and it rated pretty good. DOes anyone kno the specs on them?

 

the focus are kinda slow at the start but they do have good response when an intake and exhsaust system is tossed on. the superchip gives you a nice lost little boost. I havent seen one with a turbo yet so I dont know how well that does. but all stock with no spare and jack I have seen runs between 17.9 and 16.9. It just depends on the driver. If you got any other questions hit me up. I have been into the ford 4 cyl thing for some time now. I dont know everything but I do know some.

what do they trap stock?how high is there redline?

 

When my car was stock, it dyno'd at 108fwhp. The car put down an "impressive" 120-something to the wheels with just the addition of a 4-1 race header (eliminates the cat), cat-back exhaust, and a skank K&N conical air filter. The torque was in the 120's as well. Not too shabby with only 3 bolt-ons.

Redline is just under 7k. There is no point in revving past 6k with the stock cams as it just stops pulling. My car has responded quite well with the Crower stage 2 cams. It lost a bit of low end, but it pulls "like crazy" after 4k.

There are plenty of Foci running mid to high 14's with these cams, a race header, exhaust, some sort of intake, enlarged MAF, and a chip. Most of them also have the rear seats removed.
