This was posted on another forum. Thought I would share.

Here is a baseline SRT-4 with a short ram intake:



Here is the same car with a Hallman MBC set to 15psi:



Here is the same car with the MBC set to 18psi:

thats cool so with just a little basic work that car will be nuts.

I thought it was impressive as this is a stock SRT-4 with a manual boost controller and a small (about the size of your hand) factory turbocharger.

Gained 50 ft-lbs of torque from raising the boost from 15 to 18 PSI?

small turbo, ya, but its a proven turbo that works, the mitsubishi 16G, its powered dsm's into the low 12's and in some cases 11's...however, i am like blind and really need glasses, so can someone tell me what those numbers really are, i can't read them

229hp 244trq stock psi
246hp 276trq 15 psi
257hp 325trq 18 psi

Thats impressive but how much strain is on the engine running boost at 18psi? Can you expect to drive it around all day long and run it hard on and off each day with that much?

Mustang owners better watch out...
they should still be more worried about me though :o
