Impressive. The way you described it, boom, lots of white smoke, sounded like the rings might have been blown. I wonder what made it drop a valve. Keep us updated.

well right now its looking like i need a used motor cuz i cant afford a brand new one....anyone knows where i can get a good decent motor with somewhat low miles pm me...i appreciate it

I'll bet your timing belt/chain snapped. Happened to me in my first car, an '87 Grand Am (G/A lol). I was going like 35 and it just cut off. Apparently the pistons were flat top and most of the valves were bent like toothpicks.

jimmy said he has a j-spec motor for $1500...i got a dude in miami, who if his car is totalled, will be sellin his motor for like $600 or somethin, if he is i can pick it up when i go down there anyway...but i want your extra block and head if i pick it up
