I been looking for a shop for mandrel bend also..I didnt come up with anything ..but just for custom work ..I heard North Tampa Customs on Nebraska and Boginvilla area..I heard that guy is a good welder..and good with 3in pipes..

Maybe he can help you for what you need or at lease who does mandrel..

I don't know of any place in town that does madrel bending.....although I know of a place that is very close to makin the investment.

just order some mandrel bends from JC Whitney, get some straight exhaust pipe, and go to town.

I did that for my IC pipes and all i get all the time is "who makes a kit for this car?"
