it isnt a waste of money, exhausts are good for preludes and help alot..Depending on where you are, Gulfport Garage (in gulfport, by south pasadena in st pete) would be a good place to go..The owners bro has a Prelude si of the same year range and the owner, Eric, Works on it alot.
