I'm looking into the mazda6 s. What mods will get me the most results for under 1k?

 

no one that i know of has the new 6 on the board......try browsing one of thier forums.....do a search, its a brand new car, they shouldnt have too much aftermarket stuff available

 

My father had a Taurus with the 3.0l Duratec that is pretty much the same motor found in the Mazda 6 and Jag X-type...main differences being tweaked head/cam and intake design. It responded very well to a Superchip, K&N air filter, and opened up exhaust.

 

thanks phatstang...what kind of numbers did it put up afterwards? improvement wise, that is...how do you think it would respond to a 75 shot of nitrous? and if i built up the bottom end, would i be able to use a bigger shot? how big?
