dude i dont know where you are have been hiding but a fully modded out civic is not going to run 14's. They are in the 8's now
and im not talking about the 1/8mile either. Most on the street are ricers i hate driving my civic sometimes due to that fact. Doesnt matter to me im going on to bigger and better things.

Once again I was being sarcastic, due to the fact I just hate Civic's. I know their capabilities and such. What bigger and better things do you plan on getting? You should get a Lightning like me
Seriously i would love to rock one of those bad ass trucks, but im not to sure yet. I was thinking about a 2002 WS6 or even a truck. I will do like i did with my Maxima i will just go to car lots intill i find the deal that i cant let go. Mybe if they have a new lightning there i might just have to buy one.

I am not sure how much a fully modded out civic has dropped in it, but i am sure it's not more than $10,000. And 8's are pretty quick.

10K properly spent in a GUTTED EG hatch will prolly net 10's. With out more money spent, it wont be very streetable.
H22a+boost+hondata+suspension for streetability.
Your lookin at about 4k for the swap,2-3k for proper boost and cooling, 5-900 for Hondata, another 400 for tuning (roughly), 300 or so for guages, 300(?) for DR's, 1k for suspension.
I think that should be about right. With proper tuning, you could make say... 4-500whp on the H22, Don't know how much abuse they can take with stock internals. Perhaps spending a bit on internals instead of suspension.
Race gas, and 16-18psi should get you 10's, Maybe 9's.
