i need two new tires and i don't want to buy the michelins that my car has because they're not that great and expensive (they're the MXM4 Pilots)... i'm going to buy two new now and two later... i need advice on good (and it would help if they weren't that expensive) tires. if it helps, the size is 225/45 17.

ok, i know this has probably been asked before... but i did a search and i don't have time to go through all of the pages of threads... so if you have an answer or a link to a previous thread.. it would be greatly appreciated. i pick up my car today and i need to buy the tires right away.

 

i was just recommended the Kumho Ecsta 712's on another forum... agree or disagree?
