Default anyone know of a good place to get a head milled?
i have an sohc 8v vw g60 head that needs to be milled anyone know of a good place to get it done at?or a price?

Tampa= National Cyl head in Drew Park, NAPA on Florida and Fowler

Pinellas= NAPA in Clearwater, Dwan's on 110th and US 19.

There are more places, but these are the places that i've used.

national cylinder is good. usually have the heads ready the next day as long as it doesnt require some major fixing.

50.00 or so.....it depends on how much they take off. I wouldn't take too much off that head....especially if you are running a 68mm or smaller pulley.

Eisele's Shop is a great place too and they can mill a head in like 2 hrs. top. There # is 621-2979.
