i have a d16a6 in my 91 honda civic dx, the distributor is messing up , im not spending 2 or $300 to fix that crap ass engine. i need everything, mounts , engine, wiring harness, shift linkage, ecu, EVERYTHING... i have some money now for it, the price i have seen around is bout $2500 to 3800, if anyone knows where i can get it done professionally in a couple of days let me know please , im not lookin to get rid of my baby, just needs upgraded

 

i dont know where you have been looking for motors but a b16a is right around 1k to 1.5k in good condition. then just add another 500 to 600 to get it put in, there is plenty of guys on this board that would and can install it. If they had time unlike me.

 

i have looked mainly at LHT Performance in st pete i think, they were asking 3800, for everything, drive in and out, im not sure but i think 1 day

 

i also for got the engine bracket kit, i dont really know what they run for.....

 

well you can get good street mounts on e-bay for about $200 to $250
