Although Glenn Does fix some bent wheels, he sources out the tough stuff to Transwheel.

Transwheel has moved to somewhere around I-275 and Bearass (used to be down by the drydocks in Downtown). Glenn is awesome. I would compare prices between both though. (BTW, Glen Used to and might still work for Transwheel as welll but I think he left again).

As far as WheelTec doesn't fix wheels...they send them to Transwheel.

My suggestion? Send it to Transwheel. They have a large operation, only take a few days, and aren't that expensive. I had 3 17" Racing Hart C-2's (3-piece) fixed there. It costs on average about $125...but that varies
