All links but the first one are broken. The names mentioned in the first link and the quotes all seem to have closed down.

 

I thought you might have some luck locally.

Since that did not work, my next try would be to search for Dyno Tampa or something similar.

You might try Roque Machine shop on Busch Blvd. He builds drag car sub frames and one of his customers
might know of a AWD dyno.

My last try would be to call Titan Motorsports in Orlando and ask for their recommendations.
Their dyno might be AWD, or they may know of one.
