A no-horsepower robbing air conditioner for a car

I thought about making one of these for the back seat of my car. I carry
a cooler to car shows on the weekends anyway......

Pep Boys at 10124 Florida Ave, Tampa....same place as the Friday
night car meet, sells these 12V fans and Home Depot, a few blocks
South of Busch Boulevard has some plastic pipe.

It isn't powered by a belt going to the engine, so it doesn't affect
gas mileage...
