Default coilover Spring rate question

OKay guess im looking for Some guys who run their FWD cars In auto x or road course type events.

Really my main question is about spring rates. Im looking into PIC coilovers & they give a Variety Of spring combo's and im stumped. Me buying Coilovers in the past my first pick for a daily/track setup would be the F/10k R/8k. Seems to be a really common spring rate in alot of coilovers.

My question is would a Reverse rate be better for track use maybe lets say the F/10k R/12k ?
Looking for some personal experience in reverse Spring rates on FWD car used to track use "not straight line"

Id imagine the higher the spring rate the less need for sway bars would be? maybe?
The Car will be a daily driver for a little though so not looking to go crazy like F/14k R/18k, just really wanna know if ill gain any benefits from the Reverse Spring rates.

Here are the Choices
P1 - 8kF / 6kR
P2 - 10kF/8kR
R2 - 10KF / 12KR
P3 - 12kF/10kR
R3 - 12kF/14kR
R4 - 14kF/18kR

Sorry this thread kinda Bounces back in forth before getting to the question.

A good place to post this would have been Chassis and Suspension forum.
There are many articles on springs there as well as in my shop forum.

Heavy spring rates are a poor substitute for anti-sway bars.
Anti-sway bars hold the car flat in a turn. Anti-sway bars can be tuned to
make the car handle to your driving style.

The stock spring rates were designed to support the weight of the car.
Unless you are coming down from being air born or racing on a banked track
where the weight of the car will "increase", stock springs rates will
support the stock weight of the car and allow the same type of handling
as the stock arrangement.

Making the front or rear springs "stiffer" will alter the handling and make either the front
or the rear hang out further in the turns. Some people call this tight or loose. Some people
call it understeer or oversteer.

Decide what you want the car to do for your particular driving style,
and let that be your guide.-Bob
