D16y7/d15z1 swap

If I were to get a d16y7 and swap the head and block with a d15z1, how much hp would I get? And should I get the block and head? Is it worth it?

No it's not. Don't poor money into a NA single cam. Hell a single cam anyways since you will want more later.
