Default Headlights restoration services in St Pete/Tampa?

My headlights need some work since they're yellowing and there are some scratches. I went to the auto parts store and the headlights restoration kits cost $20-30. I was looking around on craigslist and it'll cost about $30-40 for a mobile service to do the work; I figure I might as well save myself the time to do the actual work. Does anyone have recommendation for any headlight restoration services in the tampa/st pete area and can you include the price they charged? Thanks.

$30-40 is pretty cheap. The "legit" places charge over $100. Me? I just use my porter cable 7424 and go over them with compound. You can use very light sand paper if they are in very poor condition.
