You may be thinking DDMTuning. They're relatively inexpensive, pretty well built, well reviewed, and have a lifetime warranty. Their digital "slim" ballast kit starts at like $40 for 35W bulbs. I've done some research recently and these guys seem like the real deal. I'll be upgrading to HID in my Land Rover in the near future and I intend to go with them.

theretrofitsource.com is a bit on the expensive side, but their quality and service are superb!

I used to highly recomend DDM tunning but now I'm not AS fond of them. My last kit (6 months ago) didn't come with plugs, just pronged wires. Not a big deal but still anoying. It's also a different kit now a days. So far the color and brightness is still good though. I got 35w 5000k fogs and headlights for under $100 shipped.

one of my headlights blew out and i need to replace it so actually before i buy more going to my dads to test to see if it's the bulb or ballast. i think i have more ballast laying around somewhere.
the thing was i never used my headlights cause if we went out at night we would take the gf's car, but now since i start working 6:30/7am i have to use my headlights to come into work so i need the left one to work.

dont worry people that hate trucks with HIDs... i have blackout covers for my headlights, so my headlights really dont shine any light at all.
