Weldcraft Wheels Wheel Widening Wheel Repairs Wheel Restoration
Ive seen this site more than a few times over the past years get recommended. I cant give any insight into customer service as ive never used them. You would have to ship, but if your willing to travel anywhere in FL, I figured you wouldnt mind shipping.

No one local does it.
I used Weldcraft Wheels last year. I had a pair of 17x9 Aluminum WS6 wheels that I had widened 2" on the inside. Great work, they balanced out perfect and I had no issues with them. It cost me just about $500 and that included the return shipping. Turn around time was almost three weeks.
They are picky about what you send them. If the wheel has some slight run out they will charge you to straighten it. If it's too far out of round they won't widen them. They only widen some wheels to the front to add "more lip". It really depends on the style of wheel.
Here's what I got back from them.
