Looking for a few people who wouldn't mind assisting in helping me put my engine back in my car. I had a friend that was helping me with the project but he moved away.

Picking up the longblock from Godwin Singer tommorrow afternoon and going to start the install. Wouldn't mind a few helping hands

Car is a 98 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP L67 3.8L V6 engine Bottom end of the engine was rebuild with new L32 rods, JE pistons, Aluminum heads and is all together.

I have a Engine Stand & Engine Hoist. The install will be taking place in Largo at my house if anyone would like to help post on here

 

I've had help numerous times from this site with no repercussions.

Its statements like that and the "wrong site to post this" in the car for sale section thats bringing the caliber of this place down.

On another note idonno if you've delt with godwin in the past but my buddy just had a motor machined & built by them & lets just say They didn't measure something correctly Catastrophic failure.

You're doing it during the week? If you're still needing help by the weekend I can come by, I love the L67, drove one on 10lbs for nearly 5 years, 3800 series engines are the best ever imo.

 

umm lets just say The clearance in cylinder 4 was way off

 

oh come on, now you're just being picky, like the clearance really needs to be the same across all cylinders.. god damn
