I compliment the guy for his dedication and a job well done but unless he was looking for a way to kill a lot of time a burned up integra does not appear to be worth that kind of restoration.

I was thinking the same thing 400HP, but you and I are older we don't have as much time to live. We have to be careful not to waste our time on such projects, if I had that much money to spend on something it wouldn't have been a Type-R. I'd have bought something else.
