Fake Cop Vigilante Friday Night Tampa Gandy Dale Mabry

Driving a light colored Monte Carlo, lights in front windshield, no spotlight,
pulling over females, offers to write a warning, bs's then leaves.
Leaves first and makes u-turns so his tag cannot be seen.

No uniform, wearing white/grey camo cutoffs and dark color sweatshirt,
no badge. No backup car arrives.

Anyone else see him?

I would call the cops and report the vehicle. Report the area the car is usually seen in, the color, make, model, and a description of the vehicle.

time to wear a wig, get pulled over, call 911 - once verified that he's not a cop, wait til he gets back and grab him by the shirt and put two in the chest. when real popo arrives, "self defense" when he waived something that looked like a gun... fake cop bye bye

Since a car is mobile, reporting this without someone else seeing it
is close to being the only one to report a UFO. If the guy has any sense
he won't be doing it in the same place all the time..
