anyone want to help me with some advice?
I have a 87 Camaro and I just dropped in a 355 in it, but I still have the stock transmission(700R4) I tried to connect my shifter cable but undernieth the car itself it wont stay into park,just pops back into reverse. I dont know what to do....nobody can figure it out,BTW I did buy a new cable cause the original one was f*cked....please any advice so I can drive my car???

and about the problem, u should prolly go to www.badrap.net and get on thier forums. talk 2 country boy. him and a few others there used to/still do own 3rd gens and they could help u out

You can't tease us like that and not post pics 
Did you make sure the cable is perfectly unobstructed when you ran it through. If it isn't it will be too tense and pull into reverse.

sorry guys...cant show any pics of my boobs. kinda slutty.....but thanks for trying to help and donnie I think I fixed it and I ordered some exuast so expect her out soon....when is your car going to be up and runnin?
