v8 turbo questions?
everyone reading this should know that i'm stupid when it comes to turbo setups...i know the basics and thats about it...and i understand general concepts when discussing how boost works.
now, with turbo v8's...these have to be twin turbos, right? would this be a twin turbo setup where one turbo is smaller than the other to have staggered boost at different rpms? or is there a way to run a single turbo...
thanks, cause i've just heard of a few turbo v8's...namely a turbo corvette that was featured in car and driver a while ago.
thanks, chet.

You could do a single turbo setup but it will require alot of piping. You would be better off going with twin turbo. They dont have to be the same size, but most guys use the same size and scrafice lag for more air flow you would get with two bigger turbos.
