wondering how many of you saw the first episode, i think it was ok.. better than the american top gear, they where kinda funny and entertaining.. i will give them a second chance,,, wat do you guys think???

Allright, well just got done with watching it, and it sucks. Its worse than US Top Gear, it really is. Of course they arent copying original Top Gear which is a plus. But the whole thing is just lame.

 

They have a token black guy.

 

you can see some elements of top gear they tried to copy...and Salley? an NBA player who sounds like a tree hugging animal loving hippy...asking what kind of gas mileage a rolls royce gets...there were entirely too many cringe inducing moments for me to enjoy it...it seemed kinda forced...well see if its just 1st episode jitters

 

I thought the token black guy kinda ruined a lot of it. Is there not a black guy that is into cars that does sound like a big dumbass?

Adam carolla or whatever his name is just needs to shut up. its like it was his show and everyone else was just a special guest. He isn't funny. Anthony Bourdain is a better comedian.

It has potential to be an entertaining show. but that isn't to say they don't have a lot of bugs to work out first.

 

Before episode 1 they had a whole ton of PINKS repeats so I was fired up. Then they got to the "60 Seconds" segment and I turned the channel. Was a sleeper for me.
