Well with those numbers the car is def in the 14's if not high 13's with slicks. With minor work that car is going to be a screamer. Nothing better than having a turbo from the factory!

:o What the hell man, I was reading on the SRT-4 and they only plan on producing 10,000 of these per year. Man thats sucks, maybe if they get a high demand they will pump up the production of these cars. Man who ever gets there hands on one these the car has so much aftermarket potential it is crazy. I mean it is already fast from factory. I read on the net from the engineers that worked on this car said with some bolt ons and uping the boost level, that this car could put down 400hp. :o Man if this ture we have a damn monster on our hands. I actucally hope this car can't do this cause I planned on tradeing in my 93accord for a new dakota r/t. I still will have my 01V6 accord to tune though, don't fellas I am not leaving the import scene. Not that anyone cares.

Hate to break the news but they had a factory kit for the old 2.2 SOHC 8v 4cyls in the 80's that could pump out 300hp and 300 ft-lbs and you could buy it from the dealer. No doubt they will be able to do so with the 2.4 which can put boost to better use with the extra 8 valves.
The last 16v DOHC engine they had was known as the 2.2 TIII, it had a lotus designed cylinder head and was rated at 227hp stock.
