modifications do NOT void warrenties! This is a false conception, and the dealers want you to believe this.
Yeah ..let me throw a 50 shot and fry my rings...

I have worked at 2 dealerships over a 2 1/2 yr time frame and yes mods do void warrenty..

Which dealerships did you work at that didnt void warrentys cause of mods...?

And yes not all mods void warrenty

Hey Mr Selfdestruct.. (regional rep of **** cars)

I got a 2002 ********

I changed my intake throttle body and injector..and keep throwing the check engine light ..and my car misses and runs rough...

Will this be covered under warrenty...

NO...A dealership can even refuse to bring the car in the shop and check it out..if they knew this has been changed..they have the right to charge the customer an amount of check out time..meaning if the head is fried and the book calls 2 hrs to pull the head and inspect it...The dealership can charge the customer that check out time.....
