Default Is the Mustang my only option???

So I have been contemplating on making another car purchase the past year or so. I made a couple threads about this before too. Would love to get something next year after income tax comes in. Well the other day I took my car to get serviced at Bill Currie Ford. As it was getting serviced I walked through the Used Car department and fell in love.

I fell in love with a 2008 Ford Mustang GT Premium. It was Vapor Gray with Black strip down the middle. Hood scoop, 20" chrome wheels(Could of been 18's) Black leather interior, Black spoiler in the back. Car was Immaculate.

Their price was $21,000 and some change. I did some research on the car and know I could get the same car without the wheels with the same amount of mileage. several thousand dollars Cheaper. Car has around 34k miles. I've found the v6 models even cheaper, but sitting in a V8 and hearing her purr just gave me chills down my back.

Well I decided to search for other cars similar to the Mustang just to have more options, but I cannot find any. I looked at the New Camaro. It's not in the same price range. I've looked at the Challenger SE. It doesn't even come close to the Stang GT Premium. You guys have any suggestions ? If you do Please mention some American name brands also. I am getting my taste back for American Cars. I want to keep it RWD. AWD wouldn't bother me, but the only vehicle I could think of is the Subie that is AWD and not a V8.

Gen coup price starts at $22,250 MSRP... Would have to find something used for 18k or under. But Who knows, Something might come up " again " and screw me from making another car purchase.

Those cars have beautiful interior. Wow. Hyundai has stepped up their game.

Edit: Found some nice gen coupes on autotrader. Not bad for the price.

Simple mods on a mustang renders 11's... not to mention it tracks just as good as an M3, right from the dealership.

Yes it's was a 4.6 V8. GT premium. 300+hp IIRC. Very beautiful car. Never thought I would like a mustang so much till I sat in one.
