all i can say is HOLY CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Back when SCC did a huge RSX showdown, I remember the car not gaining hardly any power from bolt ons. The only one that made decent power was the Greddy Turbo RSX. I think it ran a high 13, with the rest only getting high 14's or worse. Even the ones that had cams, header, exhaust and intake from TODA I believe, still only gained like 15 WHP.
Those numbers aren't exact, but I remember being really disappointed at the lack of HP results from the $$ invested.
On the other hand, that Comptech intake is a sweet looking idea. I'd just be curious to see what would happen when the car sitting out in pouring rain...would it slide right down, and into the motor?

i read the SCC RSX thing and i thought there was somthing wrong w/ it......(and btw the car that gained hp was from comptech, w/ the filter, header and exh)......i just ordered the comptech drop-in filter **FOR NOW**.....later on i will be probably getting AEM CAI or this new Comptech piece of sex.......(looks to be alittle out of ym price range).....but we'll see......it is one cool ass idea......and its been in the testing process for a while, ive heard rumours about it for like 6 months, so im pretty sure theyre tackling the "rain" issues w/ drawing air form the bottom of the windshield......i have the pic of the new Mugen intake also, i wouldnt doubt if it will be as much as the S2000 filter from Mugen, (which is $1200)......but we can always dream!!!
