you could always make friends with someone in Alabama and use their address and info and what not and get it titled in Alabama.
That would at least get you a title.
you'd just have to deal with the hassle of registering it and all of that up there.
Then your buddy could "sell" it to you and you could get it all re-done down here.
That's basically what those car title companies do when you pay them 400 or whatever bucks.
