iirc the tickets from the redlight cameras are civil infractions, so wouldnt cause you to get a suspended license. im not even sure they would show up on your driving record.

I didnt see anything about the car not being in his name, But common sense would prevale and he would enter the name of the owner of the car to check. And if he doesnt know the name of the owner then hes the stupidest car thief ever to post about it.
