ok i just bought an srt 4 and last night was my first time racing it and i took off at 3000 rshared_pm and it felt nasty, some1 told me it was tire hopping does any one know how to stop it?? can less air on tire help and wat is the best tires to buy for dd and track??

 

wheel hop on a NEON is pretty common.... your best bet would be upgraded motor mounts and a decent suspension.

 

Might I add a better car? lol Poly motor mounts or atleast inserts and suspension parts will help eliminate the slop (wheel hop). Check out energy suspension engine mount inserts. They are cheap and they work. I myself prefer nice billet/poly race mounts

 

well i got the csar with boomba dog bones i should check suspension now when i took the wheels off i lookedlike it had lowering springs

hahhahaha well looks like u have an srt as well, y dont u run urs in to a pole all of ur mods u put in my car and i dont have a wing in my srt fyi

 

dump the clutch at about 4500 rshared_pm and the wheel hop will stop

 

i need a new clutch right now now thats y i only took off at 3 rp m and does any one know where there is a good shop to take an srt??

 

I would recommend powering a different pair of wheels.
