I heard Maaco, and my friend painted his own car for cheap he said he taped it up and used a primer coating. I am wondering the same thing I have a 91 Honda accord and it is in desperate need for a paint job, but I do not want to pay for a paint job that is worth more then the car.

Econo is the equivalent to a roller and flat paint and they'll prep the car with a wood rasp.

 

Here was my $500 Econo paint job, I don't know if it was the color or the paint but I got compliments driving down the street, thru the drive thru, or just parked in a parking lot.....

The car has texture now, which has grown on him, and the only reason it isnt super smooth and terrific is because we didnt sand between coats like we shouldve

Also, check the paint on it before. It wasnt better.

Take it to econo, my friend had a car painted there just tape it up yourself, cause they do alot of overspray, he payed $200 bucks but it came out pretty good for $200,

That was May, has it gone flat yet?
